Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

It is my hope that you will never have any problems with your purchase from my store.  However, if you do, I gladly accept returns and exchanges.  I ask that you contact me within 14 days of delivery to discuss any problems.  Returns will be accepted up to 30 days following delivery.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Exchanges

If your Copper Witch Designs item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different piece of your choosing. Any difference in price will incur a charge for a more expensive item or a credit for a less expensive item. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees. 

Custom ordered items cannot be returned for obvious reasons.
